Key Responsibilities

serve customers via phone and digital channels;

provide information about the Bank’s services and products;

actively drive sales by offering customers the most suitable solutions;

handle customers’ day-to-day inquiries and ensure a high standard of customer service;

achieve the established sales targets.

Required Skills

excellent communication skills in Latvian and good command of English to ensure effective communication with customers;

previous experience in customer service or sales will be considered an advantage (preference will be given to candidates with experience in the banking, insurance, or telecommunications sectors);

ability to quickly acquire knowledge of financial products and digital solutions;

results-oriented mindset and a positive attitude towards customers.
