The Altum program is a government-backed initiative for home purchases that helps borrowers obtain a mortgage with a reduced down payment.

Loan eligibility requirements

Age

From 18 up to 70 years at the end of the loan repayment period.

The loan term and conditions are determined individually, taking into account the client’s age, income sustainability, and ability to repay the loan over the repayment period.

Stable income

Regular and verifiable income ensuring the ability to meet loan obligations.

Minimum net income:

  • from EUR 780 per month – for a single applicant

  • from EUR 1,500 per month (combined) – when applying with a co-borrower

Down payment
  • From 15% – standard terms apply.

  • From 10% – if the property is part of one of the Bank’s designated partner projects
    (see project list).

  • From 5% – when using an Altum guarantee programme.

The exact down payment is determined based on the type of property and its technical condition.

Collateral

The property being purchased or an already owned property serves as collateral. The property valuation is carried out by a certified appraiser.
