Head of IT Infrastructure Department
Riga, on site / hybrid
Key Responsibilities
organising and managing the work of the Infrastructure Department;
defining and coordinating the bank’s infrastructure architecture;
ensuring uninterrupted operation of information systems and IT infrastructure;
configuring computer hardware and software (VMware, Linux/Windows), including network equipment;
organising the work of the IT support centre;
resolving IT-related issues and optimising IT service operations;
preparing technical documentation;
providing support and consulting bank employees on IT matters.
Required Skills
higher education in IT;
at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
knowledge of Linux/Windows server technologies;
knowledge of computer network technologies and security principles;
good communication skills, a positive attitude and a sense of responsibility.
