Data Entry and Processing Specialist

Riga, on site / hybrid

Key Responsibilities

conduct due diligence on prospective clients;

process received client information and ensure its accurate and correct entry into the Bank’s systems;

participate in client activity monitoring processes;

communicate with existing clients via Internet Banking;

ensure high-quality and prompt communication within the department and with other Bank units;

prepare certificates and statements at the client’s request.

Required Skills

higher education is preferred; students are also welcome to apply (in economics or finance, business administration, or law);

previous work experience in banking or financial services is preferred;

good interpersonal and communication skills;

ability to take responsibility for decisions made, work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy;

good command of Latvian and English, sufficient for preparing and analysing documentation;

good computer skills.
