AI Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and identify opportunities for implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across the Bank's processes, prioritizing automation use cases with the highest business value;

Define business and technical requirements for the implementation of AI tools, platforms, and integrations within the Bank's information systems;

Participate in the configuration and initial administration of AI tools, ensuring their successful deployment and operational readiness;

Participate in testing AI solutions, identify functional issues, and coordinate their resolution;

Lead AI initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle – from ideation and planning to implementation and performance evaluation;

Ensure that implemented AI solutions comply with applicable regulatory requirements, data security standards, and the Bank's risk management policies;

Monitor AI adoption, usage metrics, and business benefits, preparing recommendations for their further optimization and wider adoption across the Bank;

Drive the adoption of AI solutions in day-to-day banking operations by identifying new use cases and coordinating implementation in collaboration with business and IT teams;

Deliver employee training and ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption and effective use of AI solutions across the Bank.

Required Skills

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing and developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions;

Knowledge of AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud services, and systems integration;

Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into practical, effective AI solutions;

Experience in project management, including successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects;

Knowledge and understanding of data security, risk management, and regulatory compliance will be considered an advantage;

Excellent command of the Latvian language.
