Software Testing Specialist

Riga, On site / hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Manual testing;

Develop test plans and test cases;

Record testing results;

Improve existing testing processes;

Register and analyze software defects;

Create and improve automated tests with developer support (Java, C#, mobile platforms);

Prepare documentation;

Provide suggestions for automating the software testing process;

Actively collaborate with the development team.

Required Skills

Higher education in IT is preferred;

At least 2 years of experience in software testing, including automated testing;

Good knowledge of SQL and scripting;

Strong communication skills, positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and stress resilience;

Ability to work independently and in a team;

Ability and willingness to learn new IT solutions;

Experience in projects related to the financial sector will be considered an advantage;

Experience in performance/load testing will be considered an advantage.
