Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

manage and develop the bank’s products and related processes — including account opening, payment cards, and deposits — throughout the entire product lifecycle: from concept and requirements gathering to development, implementation, and continuous improvement;

collect, structure, and prioritize requirements from various business units across the bank;

create and maintain product documentation, user stories, and requirements in Confluence and Jira;

design solution concepts, ranging from high-level descriptions and wireframes in Figma to interactive prototypes (e.g., using Claude Code or Codex CLI);

create, maintain, and regularly update the product development roadmap;

oversee development together with internal IT teams and external vendors, coordinate testing activities, and ensure successful product launches;

develop and update changes related to owned products in the bank’s procedures, policies, internal guidelines, and pricing schedules;

coordinate changes with Legal, Methodology, and Compliance departments, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements;

monitor product performance using data analysis tools, including SQL queries, Excel-based analysis, and reporting/dashboard creation in Power BI;

gather feedback from stakeholders and customers and translate it into actionable product improvements.

Required Skills

at least 5 years of experience in project management or product management within a bank or fintech company;

experience managing products or processes related to retail banking services, such as accounts, cards, payments, or deposits;

strong technical understanding of IT systems, integrations, and the software development lifecycle, enabling effective collaboration with development teams;

hands-on experience preparing product documentation and managing work in Confluence and Jira;

solid data analysis skills, including basic SQL knowledge, Excel-based analysis, and creation of simple reports in Power BI;

good understanding of banking procedures, pricing structures, and the regulatory environment;

excellent collaboration and communication skills when working with business, IT, and control function stakeholders;

a proactive, results-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives through to completion;

ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and solution concepts.

Nice to Have

practical experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code or Codex CLI for development, data analysis, or documentation preparation;

experience working with Figma or other prototyping tools;

experience launching retail banking products from scratch.
