E-commerce Sales Manager

Riga, on site / hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Engage with e-commerce businesses (SMEs and corporate clients);

Manage the full sales cycle – from first contact to contract signing;

Offer internet banking payment acceptance solutions, card acquiring, and other solutions;

Advise clients on integration options (APIs, plugins, PSP solutions);

Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction;

Stay up to date with industry trends (FinTech, Open Banking, PSD2, digital wallets, etc.).

Required Skills

Higher education in economics, finance, business administration, or a related field;

At least 2 years of experience in selling e-commerce products (in the financial or FinTech sector);

Experience in selling e-commerce, payment solutions, or PSP products;

Understanding of the digital payments environment and e-commerce business models;

Understanding of API integrations and technical solutions is an advantage;

Good Latvian and English language skills for working with international clients, documentation, and analysis;

Goal-oriented with a strong focus on results.
