Position Overview

We are looking for an independent, proactive, and results-driven marketing professional to help develop and promote BluOr Bank’s retail banking products across digital channels.

This role combines product marketing, social media communication, and digital advertising. We are looking for someone who can understand a product, identify the right communication approach, and transform it into clear, customer-friendly, and sales-oriented messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers throughout the product development and enhancement process;

Analyze competitors’ products, offerings, and communication strategies;

Develop product positioning, key messaging, and marketing concepts;

Ensure consistent product communication across all digital channels;

Create and publish content for the bank’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok);

Prepare advertising copy, social media posts, website content, product descriptions, and other communication materials;

Develop communication materials for product campaigns and promotional activities;

Prepare briefs for designers and coordinate the development of visual materials;

Plan and execute digital advertising activities across social media and other digital channels, including email marketing;

Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance, and product sales results;

Contribute to the development of product pages on the website and improve SEO-related content;

Collaborate with the CRM team on product communication and customer marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or content marketing;

Experience in creating product communication strategies or advertising campaigns;

Ability to translate complex information into simple, customer-friendly value propositions;

Excellent copywriting and content creation skills in Latvian;

Experience in social media content creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns;

Understanding of digital sales, customer acquisition, and marketing funnels;

Understanding of SEO principles and website content development;

Understanding of CRM communication principles and customer segmentation;

Understanding of digital analytics and performance marketing fundamentals;

Interest in using AI tools to improve work efficiency and productivity;

Strong initiative, independence, and ability to manage multiple products simultaneously.

Considered an Advantage

Experience in banking, finance, fintech, or insurance industries;

Experience working with retail banking or consumer-focused products;

Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other digital advertising platforms;

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, or other digital analytics tools;

Experience with email marketing or CRM communication projects.
