Below are the answers to frequently asked questions from our customers.

Payment Cards


A client can receive a card at the Bank’s Client Service Centre located at Jekaba Street 2, Riga, or by mail. When receiving the card by mail, the client must activate the card through the Internet Bank.

In the Internet Bank, navigate to the “Messages” section and send a letter requesting to receive the card by mail, providing the full postal address.

Purchase limits are specified in the pricelist.

If you forget your card's PIN, you will need to replace the card.

A new PIN code is issued along with a renewed card.

If the account is blocked by order of a sworn bailiff or State Revenue Service (VID), it is not possible to withdraw money from an ATM. In this case, cash withdrawals can only be made at the Client Service Centre.

Please submit a claim in the Internet Bank to challenge the transaction.

BluOr Bank payment cards are linked to the international system of secure online purchases, Mastercard SecureCode/Verified by Visa. This system protects your payment card from unauthorized use while shopping online. For more information on safe online shopping, please read the following document - safe online shopping.

In the Internet Bank, go to the “Loans” menu and select the “Credit limit information” section to view the amount and interest due for the credit limit used.
