About the Bank

BluOr Bank was established on June 22, 2001.

As one of the leading banks in Latvia, BluOr Bank AS is ranked as a systemically important bank in Latvia.

The new brand name and legal name "BluOr Bank AS" has been used since March 2022.

The bank operates in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Latvia and is regulated by The Bank of Latvia.

BluOr Bank provides its services in Latvia, the Baltic States, the EEA and European Union countries, as well as other countries if they comply with the specifics of any service to be provided.

• Corporate clients and individuals;

• Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs);

• Institutional clients (pension funds, insurance companies, other financial institutions);

• Platforms (partners in resource and client acquisition) and FinTech (clients – payment institutions and partners – suppliers of modern IT solutions).

Business loans (companies from a wide range of industries in Latvia and the Baltic States);

Deposits from EU residents, individuals and legal entities, and other deposit and investment services also for payment institutions;

Brokerage and investment services, as well as investment portfolio management and fundraising services;

As a registered bank in Latvia, BluOr Bank is governed by the national laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, including the Deposit Guarantee Law.

This law stipulates that the guaranteed compensation per depositor for funds deposited with a bank in Latvia equals the amount of their guaranteed deposit, up to a maximum of EUR 100,000.
