On October 31, the second building of the sustainable residential project “Mārpagalmi,” located at Zemaišu Street 15 in Āgenskalns, was commissioned. The construction of this building was co-financed by BluOr Bank. The project stands out for its modern energy efficiency solutions, including solar panels and a recuperation system, enabling the building to achieve nearly zero energy consumption, making the apartments attractive and economical in the long term.
BluOr Bank’s participation in this project demonstrates its strategic support for sustainable and energy-efficient development projects, contributing positively to the Latvian real estate market. The bank actively supports projects with a sustainability perspective that promote an environmentally friendly lifestyle.
The new building offers 88 apartments of various sizes, from studio (30.2 m²) to four-room apartments (87 m²). Each apartment includes a balcony, and ground-floor apartments also have terraces. Additionally, buyers have the option to purchase parking spaces and storage rooms.
Andris Bože, Member of the Board at YIT, emphasizes the growing interest in energy-efficient homes, especially due to lower utility costs and sustainable solutions, such as solar panels and LED lighting with sensors.
