The Board of the bank has been expanded

To strengthen the functions of BluOr Bank Council in ensuring sustainable development and improving financial risk management, the Council membership was elected by adding a new member – Regina Lubgane.
Regina Lubgane is a distinguished professional with more than 20 years of experience in finance and insurance, and 12 years of experience in management positions, including as a board member in insurance companies. Regina Lubgane has extensive experience in risk assessment and the development of internal control systems.
The powers of Regina Lubgane as the new member of BluOr Bank Council are registered on June 17, 2024. Acting as an independent member of the Council, Regina Lubgane will oversee the internal control system and financial risk management issues, monitor the integration of ESG risk factors into financial risk management and other matters.
The Chairman of BluOr Bank Council, Aleksandrs Peškovs, and members of the Council Sergejs Peškovs, Andrejs Kočetkovs and Nataļja Zolova continue their work in the Council.
