On 15 July 2020 the project supported by BlueOrange — the travelling film-exhibition “Izgaismot Latviju” received an award as the Annual Exhibition from the Latvian Museum Association.
The film-exhibition tells about the experience gathered during three years of expeditions around Latvia. It reflects on participant stories and special sites of Latvia, meanwhile linking the stories to the life-values expressed by Imants Ziedonis. The film-exhibition was launched in early 2019, by visiting 14 municipalities, and is currently available in digital form on Ziedoņa muzejs website.
The film and the exhibition “Izgaismot Latviju” is a gift from Imants Ziedonis museum and BlueOrange Bank to Latvia in its hundredth anniversary, and was presented to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development of Latvia on 5 December 2018 by Dmitrijs Latisevs, Chief Executive of BlueOrange Bank.
