BluOr Bank supports local business growth in Carnikava with €3.7 million

A new shopping center "Mandarīns" has opened in the heart of Carnikava, on Atpūtas Street 1, offering a wide range of shopping and service opportunities for local residents and visitors.
The project was made possible thanks to the investment from the developer and financing from BluOr Bank amounting to €3.7 million. The owner and developer of the "Mandarīns" shopping center is SIA "Alfa projects", a 100% local company with Latvian capital. The management of the shopping center is provided by SIA "Build Up", a local capital company from Ādaži Municipality, which also manages the "Apelsīns" shopping center.
The total area of the shopping center is 3,196 square meters, of which 2,760 square meters are rentable space. All available spaces on the first floor have been leased, while 80% of the premises on the second floor are rented out.
During the project development, significant infrastructure improvements were made in the center of Carnikava, including the construction of a new pedestrian, bicycle, and car road approximately 300 meters long, landscaping of the surrounding area, installation of electric vehicle charging stations, and modernization of engineering communications.
On the first floor of the shopping center, you will find: "Rimi Super" store, bakery, pet store and veterinary pharmacy, store of the Ilguciems beer and kvass factory, local entrepreneurs’ and home producers’ store, restaurant, pharmacy.
In March, the second floor will be opened, featuring: a store of the popular home goods brand "Pepco", a dental clinic, shops and services from local entrepreneurs.
The director of the "Mandarīns" shopping center, Laura Šmite–Vanaga (pictured), notes that the new center will provide significant development opportunities for local businesses, while "Rimi Latvia" will create 33 new jobs. At the same time, environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solutions will be implemented in the new store.
