Addition of a new Board Member

As of 31 May 2018, Igors Petrovs, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), has been appointed as a new member of the Board of the Bank.
A new addition to the Board of BlueOrange is going to strengthen the areas of risk management and internal control.
The Chairman of the Board and CEO Dmitrijs Latiševs, Corporate Finance Director (CFD) Jānis Dubrovskis and Member of the Board Inga Preimane continue their work as members of the Board.
Igors Petrovs joined the BlueOrange team in August 2017 and supervises the bank’s activity compliance function. Igors Petrovs has 16 years banking experience, with 12 years directly related to ensuring and monitoring operational activities and compliance. Igors has a Master’s degree in management from the Riga Technical University, continues his MBA and CAMS studies.
