BlueOrange organised a Blood Donor Day on the Dome Square

On a sunny autumn day, BlueOrange in cooperation with the State Blood Donor Centre organised a Blood Donor Day on the Dome Square. 55 persons gave their blood – employees of nearby institutions and passers-by also joined the bank’s staff. In support of their decision to participate, donors unanimously commented: “Giving blood is a way we can support those who need to recover. Together we can save lives – it’s obvious!”

“In fact, those wishing to donate blood were more than the mobile bus of the State Blood Donor Centre was capable of receiving in the four-hour period, so we are definitely going to organise another Blood Donor Day again soon,” gladly noted head of the BlueOrange Public Relations and Communications Department Ingrīda Šmite.
