Payment Cards
What is the process for issuing a payment card?
A client can receive a card at the Bank’s Client Service Centre located at Jekaba Street 2, Riga, or by mail. When receiving the card by mail, the client must activate the card through the Internet Bank.
Can I receive a renewed card by mail, and how do I do it?
In the Internet Bank, navigate to the “Messages” section and send a letter requesting to receive the card by mail, providing the full postal address.
Where can I find the card purchase limits?
Purchase limits are specified in the pricelist.
I forgot the PIN code for my card
If you forget your card's PIN, you will need to replace the card.
What is the PIN code for my renewed card?
A new PIN code is issued along with a renewed card.
How much money can I withdraw from an ATM without commission?
Owners of MasterCard Classic cards who are residents of Latvia can withdraw cash for free from any ATM in Latvia and worldwide, up to a total transaction amount of 500.00 EUR per calendar month. At the time of the transaction, a transaction fee is reserved, which is canceled at the time of transaction posting. Once the transaction amount exceeds 500.01 EUR, the reserved transaction fee is charged according to the bank's current rates. Cash withdrawal fees apply to holders of MasterCard Gold and Business cards, as well as non-resident holders of MasterCard Classic, in accordance with the bank's current rates.
Can I withdraw money from an account if the account is blocked?
If the account is blocked by order of a sworn bailiff or State Revenue Service (VID), it is not possible to withdraw money from an ATM. In this case, cash withdrawals can only be made at the Client Service Centre.
What do I do if the amount requested at the ATM is not received or only partially received?
Please submit a claim in the Internet Bank to challenge the transaction.

Where can I find out how much I have to pay for the credit limit used?
In the Internet Bank, go to the “Loans” menu and select the “Credit limit information” section to view the amount and interest due for the credit limit used.
