Opening a Bank Account
Is it possible to open a bank account without visiting Riga?
• BluOr Bank offers the option for clients from Latvia, the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the UK to open an account remotely. This means that you do not have to visit our bank office in Riga in person.
• To open a bank account remotely, all you need is an internet connection and a scanned copy of your passport or ID card / the document confirming the legal basis of your company's activities.

• If customers prefer to meet with a bank representative in person, they are always welcome to visit the BluOr Bank Client Service Centre at Jekaba Street 2, Riga.
What documents are required to open a bank account?
To open a bank account, you will need to complete the bank forms for an individual or a legal entity and present a valid identity document (passport or ID card). For legal entities, you must also provide the company's legal documents.
How much does it cost to open an account with BluOr Bank?
The fees for opening an account vary for individuals and legal entities. For legal entities, the account opening fee starts at 25 EUR, depending on complexity of business and the number of documents to be reviewed.
